      vGROW is P&G’s collaborative partnership program focused on identifying and collaborating with start-ups, small businesses, large organizations or individuals offering innovative industry-leading solutions.
    • 2. What is P&G Hackathon?
      P&G Hackathon is a 24x7 always on online platform that connects external business partners to P&G’s business challenges thereby creating a collaborative ecosystem.
    • 3. What kind of organization can pitch a solution to P&G?
      The P&G Hackathon is open to any organization like start-ups, large organizations, small businesses or individuals that have an industry-changing solution to P&Gs business challenges.
    • 4. What is the timeline to respond to a business challenge?
      Business challenges are posted on an ongoing basis and the timeline varies for each challenge. You can find the details for each challenge in the respective sections.
  • Geography
    • 1. Where is the P&G Hackathon team based and which geography does it cater to?
      The core team is based out of Mumbai, India. However, business challenges from across the Indian Sub-Continent are posted on the platform.
    • 2. Do suppliers offering solutions need to be from the Indian Sub-Continent to be able to apply?
      No, you can be based out of any location across the globe and there’s no restriction on geography to be able to propose your solution.
  • Application Process
    • 1. Are there any prerequisites for proposal submission?
      You must have a compelling proposal to solve the business problem and willingness to create a Minimum Viable Product and if selected, should be willing to work with P&G to execute the proposed solution. You can propose off the shelf solution if it exists or create a new solution if it fits the need. The solution must address the core of the business challenge and you may participate in one or more of the business challenges and build something innovative and unique!
    • 2. How can I apply for the challenge?
      Register on the website 3. Choose the challenge you wish to apply for and click on submit proposal.
    • 4. Is there any application fee?
      No, there is no fee to apply/propose your solution
    • 5. How will I know if my team has been selected?
      All shortlisted solution providers will be intimated by email.
    • 6. Can I submit proposals for more than one challenges?
      Yes, you can propose solutions to multiple business challenges related to your area of expertise.
  • General Terms
    • 1. What’s in it for the selected solution provider?
      The selected supplier will get an opportunity to present their proposition to P&Gs leadership team.
    • 2. Will P&G reimburse my travel to Mumbai GO or any other location if my proposal is selected?
      No, you must arrange for your travel. It will be a great opportunity for you to meet P&Gs leadership and other decision makers.
  • Legal
    • 1. Does P&G wish to license the software?
      If the Proof of Concept (POC) is successful, then we will discuss the commercial model.
    • 2. Can I use external APIs, services, SDKs?
      Yes, you can use any third-party services like APIs, open source projects, libraries, hardware and frameworks that are publicly available on the web.
    • 3. Can I submit confidential information as part of my application?
      Please do not submit any confidential information or document.
    • 4. Do I have to be 18 years or older to respond to a business challenge?
      Yes, an applicant must be 18 years or older to respond to a business challenge as this is the legally accepted age for participating.
